Q2: May I have a sample to confirm what is I want ?
Answer: We would like to offer charged sample. And usually it will take 3-5 days. It will need 7 days more if -coating or silicone-coating.
Q3. Can you custom made the loaf pan ?
Answer: We need to see your reference photo first, to make sure that we can reach your workmanship requirements, and to make sure it need mould or not.

Many items could provide FREE sample but need to charge the freight. And some items need to charge sample fee+ freight but could refund the sample fee when you place order. Customize sample need to charge sample cost+ freight, no refund.

About 25-30days after receive the deposit.
Sample delivery time is within 5 days for normal products.
