Like other silicone bakeware, this bread mold is both efficient and convenient. Its fast-cooling surface makes the rims of pans safe to touch within minutes of being pulled from the oven. And due to silicone's light weight and flexibility, these pans are easy to store. They're also made of FDA-approved food-grade silicone and are heat resistant up to 475 degrees Fahrenheit (246 degrees Celsius).
